陈大柱:安徽六安人,理学博士,教授,博士生导师,中国化学会高级会员,中国复合材料学会会员,2011年入选深圳市海外高层次人才(C类)。主要从事新型储能与节能材料、电子器件散热与热管理、先进高分子复合材料等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、广东省自然科学基金项目2项、深圳市科技计划项目4项,并参与科技部及省、市级多项科技计划与基础研究项目。已在 Materials Science & Engineering R: Reports,Advanced Functional Materials,Chemical Engineering Journal,Energy Conversion and Management,Journal of Materials Chemistry A以及《复合材料学报》等国内外学术期刊上发表论文100余篇,获授权中国发明专利5项,荣获广东省自然科学奖二等奖1项。主讲《高分子物理》、《高分子材料成型与加工》、《高分子材料结构与性能》、《电子封装材料》及《环境友好材料》等课程。

先进储能与节能材料
采用限域封装策略提升相变材料储热密度并抑制泄漏,应用于建筑节能、冷链运输及电池热管理;同时开发辐射冷却材料,实现零能耗降温,拓展至5G基站、节能涂料、光伏发电及个人热管理等领域。
电子器件散热与热管理
针对芯片等器件局部过热问题,开发高导热绝缘复合材料及封装体系,通过多尺度结构调控构建高效导热通路,提升手机、平板及智能穿戴等设备的使用性能与安全性。
高性能高分子复合材料
围绕热固性与热塑性高分子材料,研究复合改性与成型加工技术,实现导热、阻燃、可降解等功能性与加工性的协同优化,且兼顾现有成型工艺,服务于电子封装与热管理等领域。
