有机光电功能材料与器件:开发新型有机半导体材料与器件构筑
1. 有机太阳能电池:以有机半导体材料为核心,利用有机光伏材料的光诱导电荷转移实现光电转换。(主要)
2. 有机电致发光二极管: 利用有机材料层在电场的作用下通过自发光辐射来实现发光的功能 。
近五年共发表SCI论文70余篇,入选ESI高被引论文20篇、入选ESI热点论文3篇。总引用5300余次,H因子41(Google Scholar)。
