赵劲来博士,毕业于澳门科技大学,深圳大学材料学院特聘副研究员/高级实验师,硕士生导师,曾荣获2020年度澳门特别行政区研究生科技研发奖(30/2年,澳门特别行政区科学技术发展基金),深圳市海外高层次人才(C类)。主要从事二维半导体材料(石墨烯、二硫化钼、黑磷、硒化铟等)的各向异性、光探测性能以及基于原子力显微镜(AFM)的高级力学、电学、压电性能研究。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省基础与应用基础研究基金项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目等多项研究课题。近年来,在Nat Commun2篇)、Adv MaterAdv Funct MaterLaser & Photonics RevNanoscale HorizACS Appl Mater InterfacesNano ResNanoscaleAdv Opt Mater等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文50多篇,SCI总被引数6010余次,H-index39,其中,以第一作者或者共同第一作者身份发表JCR一区论文13篇。获得授权发明专利5个,授权实用新型专利5个。
