中西尚志教授(Dr. Takashi Nakanishi),日本国家物质材料研究所(NIMS)资深研究员,Group Leader,北海道大学教授,波兰华沙理工大学兼职教授。2010年荣获日本国家物质科学研究所(NIMS)所长奖,2012年荣获日本文部省文部科学大臣“杰出青年”称号。Nakanishi教授主要研究领域为软物质科学与超分子自组装。近年来在国际主流刊物包括Nature Chemistry, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. , J. Am. Chem. Soc.等发表学术论文160余篇,拥有专利26项。也是Nature, Science, Nature Chemistry, Nature Materials等期刊杂志的审稿人。

Abstract:Energy harvesting systems thathave lightweight, good flexibility, wearresistance, as well as largeanddurableoutputpowergeneration,couldbeanidealwearablesoftelectronicdeviceapplicableforhealthcare equipment. Towards these demands, organic/polymericsoft “electrets”, which possessthe flexibility and maintain trapped charges in the materials, can be the potential materials[1]. Recently wehavedevelopednovel“liquidelectrets”basedonanalkylatedporphyrinliquid[2] oralkylatedπ-conjugatedpolymer fluids[3]withpolingtreatment. Ofcourse, liquidsubstances are capable offlowinganddeformingfreely; thus, theyareof special interest to befabricatedintoflexibledevices[4].Moreimportantly,webelieve thatbulkyyet flexible branched alkyl chains attached to π-conjugatedmolecularorpolymerunitscouldshieldthosecharge-trappingactivesitesandstablyholdinjectedcharges.
Herewepresent liquid electret devices that exhibit mechanoelectrical and electroacoustic functions,as well as stretchability,based on charged liquidporphyrin[2](Fig.1a). We alsopresent ourvery recentdevelopment ofmechanoelectric generators (MEGs)using alkylatedπ-conjugatedpolymer electrets[3],inparticular,focusingonadjustingtheelasticmodulusoftheelectrettoachievehighstretchabilityof the assembled MEGs by a miscible blending oftwo alkylated π-conjugated polymers[5] (Fig.1b).
