On the morning of December 10, 2025, Lv Qian, Party Secretary of the College of Materials Science and Engineering, Shenzhen University, Wang Dong, Vice Dean, Li Xiaoping, Deputy Secretary, and other faculty members led a delegation of teachers, students and alumni association representatives to Shenzhen Yanyi New Materials Co., Ltd. for the special initiative of "visiting enterprises to expand posts and promote employment". Su Man, Co-founder of the enterprise, Liu Jun, Dean of the Research Institute, and other corporate representatives extended a warm reception. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as technological R&D and talent training.

The teachers and students first visited the enterprise exhibition hall and laboratories, gaining an understanding of the company’s development achievements and advanced R&D conditions in the field of lithium battery additives.

During the forum, Su Man delivered a welcome speech, and Liu Jun introduced the enterprise’s R&D progress and technological breakthroughs. Lv Qian expressed gratitude and affirmed the broad prospects for cooperation. Wang Dong elaborated on the college’s development plan, and Li Xiaoping put forward expectations for deepening cooperation in graduate employment and internship programs. Students communicate with enterprises about their career development questions.

At the end of the event, Lv Qian presented a Shenzhen University souvenir plate to the enterprise on behalf of the college, and Su Man reciprocated with a commemorative medal on behalf of the company.

This visit has laid a solid foundation for school-enterprise cooperation. Moving forward, the college will continue to deepen its partnership with the enterprise, leverage alumni resources, expand employment opportunities, and contribute to talent cultivation and industrial development.
