On the afternoon of November 26, the College of Materials Science and Engineering held its 2025 Faculty-Student Festival, themed “Materials Gather at Lihu Campus, Faculty and Students Journey Together,” at the Zhikuai Stadium on Shenzhen University's Lihu Campus. Vice Dean Chen Xiaoqiang and Deputy Secretary Li Xiaoping attended the event, where 16 teams comprising over a hundred faculty members and students gathered to strengthen bonds through engaging interactive activities.

At 3:00 PM, Li Xiaoping delivered opening remarks, affirming the educational value of the festival and expressing hope that participants would experience the college’s strong sense of community through shared activities.

Five fun games were held simultaneously. Teachers and students released stress through collaborative competition, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere on site.

After lively competition, the “Eight Top-Tier Papers in One Day Team” claimed the championship, the “We Are Always Right Team” secured second place, and the “Trivial Team” took third place.

The event concluded at 6 PM, with faculty and students expressing that they not only gained joy and recognition but also deeply felt the warmth of the college community. The college will continue to build platforms for exchange and foster unity within the community.
