On July 12th, the "Membrane Power Light Shield" team from the College of Materials Science and Engineering of Shenzhen University arrived at Hekou Sub-district, Yuncheng District, Yunfu City, officially kicking off an eight-day public welfare summer camp for middle school students' innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge enlightenment and a research and practice activity on the demand and current situation of indoor air purification.
In response to the call of Guangdong Province's " Baiqianwan Project ", to advance practical tasks efficiently and with high quality, the team is divided into a research group and a teaching support group, adopting a dual-track parallel model.
As an innovative and entrepreneurial team, "Membrane Power Light Shield" is committed to improving indoor air quality and providing health protection for residents by relying on its independently developed AIE nano-scale antibacterial and antiviral film.
The research team plans to visit the Nanyao Industrial Park, Hekou Middle School, clinics, museums, libraries and industrial zones in Hekou Street from July 14th to 18th. Through online research, on-site investigation, professional questionnaires and in-depth interviews, they will systematically assess the current situation of local air purification and propose optimization plans. At the same time, they will promote the importance of air purification.

The volunteer teaching group responded to students' curiosity about the scientific world and stimulated their innovative thinking through lively and engaging teaching methods. During this trip to Hekou, the "Membrane Power Light Shield" team of Shenzhen University will join hands with the Youth League Committee of Hekou Sub-district to explore a "dual-track parallel" community service model and contribute youthful wisdom to the in-depth implementation of the " Baiqianwan Project ".
