Resume writing is a crucial step in the job-hunting process for college students. To help students face future job-hunting challenges with more confidence and composure, our college held a resume writing training session in Room 214 of Weipin Community on March 13th. The aim was to help students master the core skills of resume writing and enhance their job-hunting competitiveness. This training session has specially invited Mr. Wei Hongwei, an expert in human resource management from ZTE Corporation, to be the keynote speaker, providing professional resume guidance for students and facilitating their job-hunting journey.

During the training process, Teacher Wei elaborated in detail on the core elements of a resume in light of the current impact of artificial intelligence on the job market, including personal information, educational background, project experience, campus experience, honors and awards, as well as supplementary information.
In addition, Teacher Wei particularly emphasized that the resume should be concise and clear, and the STAR rule should be used to effectively describe project experiences and work achievements. In response to the current employment situation, Teacher Wei also analyzed the employment directions of the materials science discipline to help students clarify their career plans.

This training not only enabled students to master practical resume writing skills and broaden their career horizons, but also has positive significance for promoting graduates to achieve high-quality employment. We look forward to seeing all the students apply what they have learned and lay a solid foundation for achieving their career goals!
