To further cultivate students' scientific research, innovation and practical ability, increase students' interest in academic competitions, and stimulate students' enthusiasm for academic competition and participation in social practice, the college held an academic competitions and social practice seminar on the evening of the 27th of March in the lecture hall of Shouzhong Building of Lihu Campus, to help students broaden their horizons, understand the relevant information, and build a platform for them to do more scientific research and practice. Hu Lipeng, Zheng Yanzong, Zhou Yan and Wu Duanyang attended the seminar with over 300 students.
Mr Hu Lipeng encouraged students to participate in laboratory research and scientific competitions to prepare for future education or employment. He explained the importance of academic competitions and shared the experiences of outstanding students. He guided students to plan their university lives.
Mr Zheng Yanzong introduced the competition rules, requirements and process, and provided information on how to participate. He also stressed the importance of team building and encouraged students to actively seek out research competitions and participate with enthusiasm.
Teachers explained the competitions, demonstrating their features, preparation process and professional skills required. Two students, Zhang Qiao and Pan Chuye, shared their experiences. Zhang Qiao explained the preparation process and stressed the importance of teamwork. Pan Chuye introduced the competition and reminded students to pay attention to remember the key time nodes.
Teachers explained social practice activities, including practice credits and the process of carrying out social practice.
They also introduced participation in social practice activities in recent years, motivating everyone to contribute to the revitalization of the countryside and the development of society.
