To promote our graduates more fully employed, to build a bridge between employers and graduates further, and to provide more jobs, and internships, the afternoon of May 17, 2024, the College of Materials Science and Engineering of Shenzhen University Campus Recruitment Fair was successfully held on the first floor of the Lihu Campus to the smooth gymnasium. A total of 13 companies participated in this job fair, the atmosphere at the recruitment site was active, students actively communicated with employers, took the initiative to understand the employer's situation, screening suitable for their own work units to send their resumes. There are also undergraduate students who seek internship opportunities to understand the direction of the material jobs. According to statistics, this job fair attracted more than 200 students to participate, on-site enterprises collected more than 100 resumes, and the rate of preliminary intention is close to 48.2%.

Through this job fair, graduates were able to gain a deeper understanding of the current job market dynamics and the actual needs of enterprises, thus providing them with more employment options and opportunities. Our college will continue to do a good job in guiding graduates' employment and providing them with more internship and employment opportunities.
