Party Day Activity by the Executive Office and Teaching Experiment Center Faculty Party Branch, College of Materials Science and Engineering

To further enhance ideological education and strengthen organizational cohesion, theExecutive Office and Teaching Experiment CenterFaculty Party Branch organized a self-driven study tour to Shenzhen Museum on May 20, 2025, jointly conducted with the museum's First Party Branch. The event adopted a "field study + professional discussion" model to bolster Party unity and disciplinary awareness.

During the visit, branch members explored the museum's exhibitions under the guidance of professional docents, focusing on the historical context and craftsmanship of artifacts such as ancient beds and pottery. From a materials science perspective, they delved into the technical intricacies behind these cultural relics, broadening their professional horizons. The group then proceeded to theCultural Relics Restoration Laboratory, where experts demonstrated advanced technologies, including precision instruments and climate-control systems, highlighting innovative applications of modern science in heritage conservation. This deepened members' understanding of the "Two Integrations" principle. Throughout the tour, lively discussions with the museum's First Party Branch covered material analysis and detection techniques, showcasing the synergy between technology and cultural preservation.

This thematic Party Day activity notonlyenriched members' knowledge but also reinforced their sense of discipline and responsibility.
